Financial Research Suite is a web-based platform providing tools for personal finance planning, market and macro research, company valuation modeling, and econometric analysis. The Service is designed to support financial research, analysis, and education.
We offer a free tier and paid plans (Everyday Plus and Pro), described in Section 3. Access to certain features may be restricted based on account type. We reserve the right to modify the feature set available at each tier at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms.
No content generated by or displayed within the Service — including but not limited to DCF models, valuation estimates, factor regressions, macro summaries, or personal finance projections — constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial product.

The limits are set well above normal use. If you reach one, the app tells you when you can continue; reaching a limit is never a penalty on your account.

The Service — including its design, software, source code, algorithms, models, scoring methodologies, analytical frameworks, user interface, and all related content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the operator of Financial Research Suite and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its underlying technology. Any data or content you input into the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your inputs solely to provide the Service to you and to improve the Service (in aggregated, anonymized form only).
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any data, output, or model will be accurate or reliable; (c) defects or errors will be corrected; or (d) the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid for the Service in the three months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50 USD).

We may also update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or harmful activity, or for any other reason we determine necessary. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or, where not enforceable, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
